When you create an account, enroll in a course, or even just browse our site, you're entering into an agreement with Growthex Academy. These terms form a binding contract between you and us.

We operate from Barcelona, Spain, and Spanish law governs these terms. That doesn't mean you need to be in Spain to use our services. Students from anywhere can join our programs, but this legal framework applies regardless of where you're located.

If you're under 18, you'll need a parent or guardian to agree to these terms on your behalf. We take education seriously, but we also need to follow rules about working with minors.

Creating an account gives you access to course materials, forums, and your learning dashboard. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't share your password with anyone.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity. This isn't something we do lightly, but sometimes it's necessary to protect our community.

Our courses focus on 3D modeling for video games. We update content regularly to keep up with industry changes, but game development moves fast. What's current today might need revision in six months.

We put significant effort into creating quality educational material. Our instructors have real industry experience, and we design courses to build practical skills. But learning still depends on you putting in the work.

Everything on our platform belongs to someone. Most of it belongs to us. Some content might be licensed from third parties, and we'll make that clear when it applies.

When you enroll, you get permission to access course materials for learning purposes. You can download resources for your own use, but you can't redistribute them, sell them, or post them publicly.

Projects you create during courses belong to you. We might showcase exceptional student work in our marketing or on our website, but we'll always ask permission first. You're free to use your coursework in your portfolio, on social media, or when applying for jobs.

If you submit work to our forums or community spaces, you're giving us permission to display it within those contexts. This helps create a collaborative learning environment where students can see each other's approaches.

Course fees are listed on our website in euros. Prices can change, but if you've already enrolled, you'll pay what was advertised when you signed up.

Payment is due at enrollment unless you've arranged a payment plan with us. We accept major credit cards and certain other payment methods depending on your location.

You have 14 days from enrollment to request a full refund if you're not satisfied. After that window, refunds become more complicated. We'll consider requests on a case-by-case basis, especially if there are extenuating circumstances like medical issues or technical problems on our end.

Once you've completed more than 50% of a course, refunds generally aren't available. At that point, you've accessed most of the content, and it's difficult for us to recoup those costs.

Our community includes students from different backgrounds and skill levels. Respect is non-negotiable. We expect everyone to interact professionally and constructively.

Violations can result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent account termination depending on severity. We're not trying to be strict for the sake of it, but we need to maintain a safe learning environment for everyone.

3D modeling software demands decent computer specs. We list minimum requirements for each course, but "minimum" doesn't always mean "comfortable." If your machine barely meets the specs, you might struggle with lag or crashes.

You'll need reliable internet access to stream video lessons and download project files. Some files can be several gigabytes. If you're on a metered connection, be aware of potential data costs.

We test our platform on current versions of major browsers, but we can't guarantee perfect functionality on every possible configuration. If you're running outdated software or using an unusual setup, you might encounter issues.

We aim for 99% uptime, but no online service runs perfectly all the time. Scheduled maintenance happens, usually during off-peak hours. Emergency fixes might require unexpected downtime.

Course content evolves. Software updates, industry changes, and student feedback all influence what we teach and how we teach it. We might update lessons, replace outdated content, or restructure courses to improve learning outcomes.

In rare cases, we might discontinue a course entirely. If that happens while you're enrolled, you'll get advance notice and options for alternative learning paths or refunds.

We provide education, not guarantees. If you don't land your dream job or build the next hit game after completing our courses, that's not grounds for legal action against us.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific course in question. We're not responsible for indirect damages, lost opportunities, or consequential losses that might theoretically stem from using our services.

This doesn't mean we don't care about quality. We work hard to provide valuable education. But the game industry is unpredictable, and individual success depends on countless factors beyond coursework.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with GDPR and Spanish data protection laws. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we gather, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Course completion records might need to be retained for legitimate business purposes even if you close your account, but we'll handle your information responsibly.

If something goes wrong, talk to us first. Most problems can be resolved through straightforward communication. Email our support team, explain the situation, and give us a chance to make it right.

For disputes that can't be resolved informally, Spanish law applies and Barcelona courts have jurisdiction. We're open to mediation or arbitration if that's preferable to formal litigation.

Terms of use aren't static documents. As our services evolve, legal requirements change, or new situations arise, we might need to update these terms.

Material changes will be communicated via email and posted prominently on our website at least 30 days before taking effect. Continuing to use our services after changes go live means you accept the updated terms.

If you don't agree with new terms, you can close your account. Any courses you've paid for will remain accessible through their original completion deadline.
